Atlantis has, ever since I saw the Disney movie, been one of my top interests. I find the whole belief in the place fascinating and all of the different ideas people have come up with over time always make for a good read. Therefore I must say, if you've like me read quite a bit on Atlantis, this book won't be able to tell you many new things on the subject. It however discusses a great many different cultures which somehow might have had relations to Atlantis which makes this a very interesting ...more

It was disappointing. If you would really like a detailed story about Atlantis and an idea of this mystery island then this is not the right book. Very interesting indeed, except the authors filled this book with lots of facts and history about the ancient greeks, egyptians and other ancient cultures but hardly anything "real" about Atlantis.
It was more a chaotic read about different ancient cultures which maybe could have been related with the origin of Atlantis. It doesn't provide a nice stru
