The author wrote this story because he want us to know that Lance Armstrong is a hero who is determined to do anything life demands. That is a life which Lance Armstrong owes to cancer and also is his choice to live strong. The author may get those ideas from the life of Lance Armstrong and then wrote the story about him. Besides that, the author is trying to share people who just like him that consider him a hero for overcoming testicular cancer and creating the Lance Armstrong to h
