So no one so far has reviewed this book yet, so I thought I would take a quick shot.
I love this book beyond reason. I read it as a young kid and I have loved it ever since. It is one of my all time favorite books.

The characters are written with such depth and go through some skillfully written, realistic, and well thought out changes. They have their faults and flaws, they have their dreams and hopes, but ultimately they are subject to the rules of the society they are living with.
Characters are
Very good read. I like the characters, and the way they are portrayed without cliches. I also like the way McLeay takes her time to tell the story, fleshing it out without just hurrying from one dramatic scene to the next.
