A man walks into a lawyer’s office wanting a divorce. The Lawyer asks, “On what grounds do you seek?” The man answers, “She shot at me, twice. Represent my wife, respecting one stipulation, and I will tell you who’s blackmailing you.”

And so the negotiations and the tale of Dan Sullivan’s life as a werewolf begin.

I really enjoyed this story. It's simply told, well constructed, and the characters are clearly drawn and, other than the obvious villains, sympathetic. It's a cracking yarn, and a fun read. Gore and sex are minimal, which may be a plus point for some, and a minus for others, but it's worth knowing.

I won this a few months ago in a Goodreads giveaway.
This is different from most werewolf novels- it strips away most of the typical angst that often consumes werewolf stories and turns them into sucky teenage books where everyone hates the main character.
It had a simple yet really enjoyable plot and was told in a great and really interesting way- how many supernatural books start with a werewolf walking into a divorce lawyer's office? It was great, really enjoyed it.
