Match and eHarmony should supply this book as a consolation prize for daters who haven't found their harmonious match yet. Or, you could have a friend with impeccable timing, like I do (thanks Liz Schley!). Dude. I can put names to almost all of them. I love the Vegan (#26) who can smell bacon on your breath. And the Backhanded Complimenter (#23) who says, "You can take away the bread. She ate pasta for lunch."

HAHA I hope I never meet any of the types of men outlined in this book. I hesitate to call it a book, but it is what it is. It's pretty funny and the comments are clever. Definitely just fun to flip through between study breaks.
Found this browsing at the library and I thought it would be funny, turned out to be marginally so at best.

This book was painfully short - got through it in 30 minutes. It was a nice break from novels, though. The only reason it got 3 stars as opposed to 2 was this line about "A man with beautiful hair" in the bedroom: "Looking up at him, it's like you're humping a thoroughbred."

What a laugh, the sad thing is I've dated a few, and even married one of them.
A good book for reminding yourself that no man is perfect, and you could be with worse than what you are already with.

This book organizes some of the more undesirable types of boyfriends into hilarious, stereotypical categories. But as I've discovered in real life, boyfriends don't just fit into one of these bad categories- they can fit into several at once!
I found myself shaking my head in agreement. The stereotypes were right on!
So if you are ever on line at an Urban Outfitters, or wherever else they carry this book, and you happen to see it, turn to boyfriend 48. That's me.
Geddis gave this to me as a gag-gift --> TOO FUNNY.
