This is a great book for children who are just starting to learn how to read larger books. Not only is this book educational but the pictures and illustrations that go with the book are colorful and catch the readers attention. This book is great for teaching kids about the fall seasons coming and is also written as part of a series that kids can read. Though this book is rather short it is very good for kids who are just starting to read on their own. I would suggest this book for children k- 2...more

Short, simple, to the point.
Bright photos.
Not very exciting, but probably a satisfying read for a child who has just begun to read independently. A good choice for a beginning reader to read to a younger sibling.

This emerging reader book shows that crops are harvested by hand and by machine.
Real photos with very simple, short sentences. Good for a one-year-old.
