J. Ewbank
All of Cheeseman's books are top notch. As a college instructor I was happy to read any of his books.

This book is solid, full of information that is current and useful. It is un usual in that these books are readable and understandable by the normal or average college student who applies themselves to the task.

A must read for anybody interested in the legal and regulatory environment of business.
