How could anyone resist a book with this cover? It's fun reading letters/e-mails when they are literate & amusing. It's fun to jump into someone else's life for a while - even when it's a bit heavy on sports & country music (my skimming parts). Not a lot of heavy pondering on life & death in this book, thank goodness. We pick books with rainbows or sun streaks through trees on their covers for this sort of thing.
