Excellent photos and basic lion information are presented in a casual, conversational tone. The large font is easy to read with lots of white space for a kid friendly layout. Back matter has unusual look and contents, including chatty stories from the authors' life in the bush.

Great photographs of lions with an important message of conservation of nature. A sure bet for lion lovers, someone looking for more information about lions or simply terrific photos.
