The parts I found significant were specific benefits of pregnancy exercise and calcium supplementation in preventing preeclampsia. Overall, it has good information. The sample menus seemed complicated - a lot of effort for each meal and snack. I prefer snacks of just one food myself.

It's a great resource. Great lists of foods for specific vitamins, plans for exercise and healthy weight gain, and a reminder of the food pyramid and how it fits in to overall health.

great book for helping you make sure you get all the proper nutrients during each stage of pregnancy including pre-pregnancy, pregnancy and post-pregnancy. has many meal ideas and other useful information. highly recommended for anyone trying to get pregnant, pregnant or trying to lose the post-pregnancy weight without sacrificing nutrition.
