This book exposes you to the world of non-profit fundraising through interviews of successful fundraisers.
As an AmeriCorps VISTA that is dipping their toes into the world of non-profit fundraising for the first time, I found this book to be a very inspirational read. The only reason I'm not giving it a full, five-star rating is because I disagree with some of the author's points on dedication and time sacrifices.

“only three ingredients are needed to be a successful fundraiser: Hard work, hard work, and hard work.” 0 likes
“The successful fundraiser is the one who is disappointed by almost all that he does. Nothing is good enough. The gift isn’t large enough, the presentation wasn’t dramatic enough. But he will go on, persevere, work even harder to meet his high expectations.” 0 likes
