This is a beautiful book about elephants (surprise!) sent to me by my friend Linda A. on Goodreads.
I have always been interested in elephants and in the natural world so it was a great thrill to receive this and learn more about the African elephant.
This includes Kunkel's first-hand report on what he experienced. The first part is a narrative about the habits, activities and, unfortunately, the endangerment of these beautiful, intelligent animals. I was surprised to discover they used tools f

This is a great book but I don't have any shelves that it will fit on. So . . . the only place I can leave it is on the coffee table. Great pictures!
