Since trying to get a reservation at this restaurant is more difficult than any celebrity A-list at your local night/dance club, I love making their tasty authentic Italian cooking. On a cold winter's day/when I'm feeling run-down or a cold-coming on, I always find the Escarole-bean soup to be fantastic. I have also made some of the broiled meat recipes a long with broiled potatoes and have only ever been told that they are awesome. Give the book a try yourself.
