This book is informative, easy to read, and very similar to the many other sleep books I've read over the years.
Reading this book did help me figure out what I could do to get my 2 year old daughter to go to sleep at a reasonable time.
1. No late naps
2. Go to bed before she becomes overtired.
3. Open the blinds a half hour before I want her to wake up to stop melanin production. Get up and go to bed at the same time every day and it will help stabil...more

Got a few helpful tidbits from this. A lot of it focusses on bedtime routines and not letting your child sleep with you at night. I had most of that pretty well established so it didn't help me much. We have other issues
