This book is fantastic. Answers a lot of questions I've had about the nature of hospitality. It is not a "practical" book in any sense. This is a series of meditations on what Christian hospitality actually looks like: in worship, in science, in economics, in education, and in service. Hospitality, for Newman, could be understood as a way of life, formed by God's grace through worship, whose aim is bring us and others into the giving and receiving life of the Triune God.
