Bring this flavorful pocket-sized guide to the restaurant to help you select your SBD-compatible meal. You will embrace this book.
Unlike OTHER nutritional value guides, the SBD guide lists only the good-for-you foods. So you don't waste time searching through a morass of sugary, fatty, salty no-good-for-you items.

Good diet/lifestyle advice... great reference book to keep in the car for times you're going out to eat and need some good food choice advice.
This has some good information but is extremely out of date.
