Made a couple of the cake recipes and was pleased with how they turned out as well as the simplicity of ingredients. I would probably check it out from the library again to try the scone recipes.

I wish I'd read this book first on my tea party cooking book tour. This book lays out sample menus for tons of different occasions along with suggestions for decorations. These menus are simple, look easy to make and produce impressive spreads. Very approachable book for people looking to hold a tea party for any occasion!
