This book gives you a good understanding of what it actually feels like to recover from alcoholism. It also gives a lot of wisdom, and set a model for me to understand the base reasons for my addiction, which should help in my recovery. I really liked his computer and software analogies for understanding how addiction works.

Astounding. I will not forget this book. The most moving book I have read on the struggle to recover from alcoholism.
