The best way I have of describing this book is by something I learned outside of it: Rabbi Nosson Tzvi Finkel's summary of what we Jews (and perhaps non-Jews, too) need to learn from the Holocaust. After the war, he was at a meeting with a group of businessmen and asked them, "What are we supposed to learn from the Holocaust?"

There was an awkward silence around the table. Nobody knew what to answer. Finally someone ventured, "We shall never forget."

I think this book is out of print. But you can check out search 'greater than angeles' and you'll see a link if this dosn't work. It's true stories.
