Kudos for writing a book about limiting sugar for kids, but if I followed the suggestions in this book I would be increasing my kids sugar consumption! It suggests giving kids fruit juice every day. Why??? I think kids should never have fruit juice or soda ever, just for starters. I didn't read too much of the book after looking at the sample menus in the back.
