Lubarsky makes an interesting argument about how to conduct transformational inter-religious dialogue. Yet, the structure of her argument works against her. She criticizes Leo Baeck, Buber, and Rosenzweig as being too particularistic. However, If she criticizes thinkers that disagree with her as being limited and unable to add to dialogue, what hope is there for dialogue between faith traditions that are completely different? Wouldn't the criticisms be even stronger.
