Good reminders for those in pastoral ministry. Nothing terrible new or exciting.
An important book for the church. Every church member would benefit by reading it. I especially liked what Anderson had to say in Chapter 13 on authority.
This is ABSOLUTELY one of the best Christian Shepherding books I've ever read. I'm reading again leading a group of men in my church in 2010.
This is a great book when wanting to study elders.
