I read and re-read this book years ago when I was in a really bad relationship with a guy whom, regardless of our problems, I loved very much. I wanted desperately to stay with him and make it work, but at the same time, I knew the relationship was really bad for both of us. This caused much inner turmoil and confusion, lots of fights with him, and a ton of indecisiveness about whether to stay or go. a useful and informative book. it feels a little dated now, but there's some useful information in there if you can get to it. I found the "lingo" a bit annoying and it wasn't set up in an easy-to-use way, but I'm glad that I picked it up. definitely worth a look if you're going through a rocky patch but want to make it work...
