Oh my goodness, I just loved Cory. He is my dream of a cowboy. He's a really good guy and a knight in shining armor. He's good-looking but very down to earth. He thinks he's no good with women, for all the things. If he was real, I'd be chasing him down. I enjoyed this author's work. I loved how Cory was gentle and loving and waited for Stephanie to trust him before taking the relationship forward.
I really enjoyed this book. The fact that Cory was persistent and sensitive enough to pursue Stephanie made me love him.
This was a sweet short story.

I'd like to give it more stars because the premise was a good one and a good outline of the characters was there. The problem is there was a lot Ms. Azod wanted to tell and not enough time to tell it. A sweet story that needed more filling in, we were told a lot instead of being shown some of those things. Can't leave out that it needed a read through before it was published, that lack of editing does take away something from the overall experience.
This was a cute story.
