What a strange book! I can normally follow any story but I tended to lose my way with this one. The premise is that Miles or Milo depending on who he is with buys a trunk at auction full of papers and photos. The then follows a series of contrived and unbelieveable coincidences that bring in lots of other characters which build up to the end of the story. Throw in drug use, a war in Israel and a strange girlfriend and some connection to Edward and Mrs Simpson and you have a mish mash of a story....more
