This was a weird book. It was all about a child going to the dump with her grandmother. The kid was playing with the garbage & they pretty much were trash pickers. They grabbed some junk they thought was good & took it home with them.
The drawings were ugly.. the animals in the book were kind of creepy looking, the girl was creepy & while she was playing in the garbage suddenly her bear & some random cat had on these demon looking masks. It was a very strange kid's book, that's a

Shelves: picture-books, rhyme
I'm all for recycling and finding treasure out of something somebody no longer has use for, but not from an actual dump. Instead of seeing a girl playing dress up and loving a "new" doll, I saw a lot of germs and deadly bacteria.
