I expected a look at a juicy subject. What I found in this book was a disastrous example of two people who would have done each other great harm no matter what the definition of their relationship. At the end, without seriously examining much, they devote themselves to god. Whoa. The author thinks she had an open marriage. As far as I can see, she had a deceitful, abusive, awkward marriage full of problems that seemed pretty darn obvious. Oh, and the medium in which she and her husband lived out...more
