It is a good book. Well drawn out. Expainatory. And the intrapolable histographic data is mind boggling. Must read for those with interest in the evolution of cultures and their belief in the supernatural.

David Gordon White received his Ph.D. (with Honors) from the Divinity School at the University of Chicago in 1988.
