Beautifully done. I especially liked several of the before and after photos, showing small cottages 15 years after the first photo was taken. Thatch roofs had been replaced with tin - or no roof at all. Some were now unoccupied.

There were so many faces etched onto the pages. Here was the face of a young girl, an old fisherman, a shepherd, a tinkerer and an old woman whose eyes have seen more than anyone should. Very good gift and perfect for coffee table, too.
Rich photographs, stunning nature in motion. I love reading this book. We would love to see the land of Ire one day. Stunning!
