Tried this for a few weeks.... But not wild about the snacks and strict meal times... With my schedule, I can't eat at such precise times, and I had a hard time controlling the portion sizes on the snacks. Fairly well written. I would have preferred more scientific substance on why the brain needs serotonin, neurochemistry, etc. But fairly well written for a diet book, I suppose.

Sounded like it was going to be good for me, but I didn't like it in practice. Might be great for others.
