In terms of general insights into happiness and how to live a happy life, from friendships to work (according to the underwater exploits and adventures of SpongeBob SqaurePants), this book is sufficient but relies on a very generalized interpretation of the show and its characters and episodes. I suppose I was expecting a more analytical/philosophical approach, so if that is what you're after, then check out SpongeBob SquarePants and Philosophy instead. Superficial and uninspired ways towards happiness. Nothing very new—if it ever hit upon something interesting, it was over before the next page. Apparently the 3 customers at amazon.com would beg to differ with me and their 5 star ratings. Idiots.
