I like the Rhumba dinosaur poem if we ever learned the rhumba together.
As well as the Music MAkers poem which makes the sounds look like visual of music and noise.

There is also a great intro to three: ways to write, say, "tri-" based words, and three folk tales written parallel each other. This could be good for a story/writing unit.
