This is a good resource for any GM who wants to play in the Darkmoon Vale region. While The content is interesting, I must admit I am not a big fan of the NPC's being presented the way they were. I would rather a full fledged biography. This is one of the early reference book Paizo published, so I know they changed that in the following products.
