I found this to be a fairly interesting introductory exploration of various theories and debates relating to Women's studies as a discipline. Includes a variety of interesting discussions ranging from the relationship between theory or academia and feminist objectives to whether a Women's studies department should be a discipline in it's own right or aim to be an interdisciplinary field.
