I loved this book. It was funny and simple enough to be an introductory feminist book but also insightful enough that a long-time feminist like me could find new and interesting interpretations. It would be the perfect book for the young girl in your life who could use some feminism or your "I'm not a feminist but..." friend.

A good, quick book showcasing the different stereotypes that all women will face throughout their lives.

Cute primer to female stereotypes and some basic feminist theory. Good coffee table book.

I have this delicious Guerrilla Girla postcard that I have carried around for 15 years, so I am dying to check them out. Like unknown super-heros, the Guerrilla Girls have attempted to raise the consciousness of the art world of the sexism and status quo inherent within it. They are FABULOUS avengers!! Hmmm. . . I wonder if I could join?

I volunteered at KBOO just so I could meet The Guerrilla Girls. They gave me a copy of this book for free. I peed myself a little.

If you've ever been called a "bitch", or any of the hundreds of other names people call women, you need to read this book.

nothing profoundly illuminating, but fun and good for beginner feminists. i'd aim this at the middle school crowd.
