If you are looking for new ideas for those hot summer days and nights, this cook book has some great idea. Most of the recipes are light, fragrant and easy on the kitchen use. If you can't get really fresh seafood, there will be a few recipes that won't work out. Don't even try them with sub-par ingredients! And I didn't see very many ingredients that aren't already available at a larger food market.

Yes, I read cookbooks like they're regular books. This one is super inspiring and has some great recipes. Love the consomme - though it took WAY longer than the recipe says to get the clarity right.
Having taken a cooking class instructed by Michelle Bernstein made be believe the tastes and ease in cooking latin cuisine. Her recipes catapulted me as a great cook among my family and friends.
