I really liked this book. It is set at the time of Daniel O Connell in the town of Drumshee. It is a book of historical fiction based on a plan to kill Daniel O Connell at election time. The main characters are two children who are trying to reveal this plot. I really found it exciting and interesting. It is the first Drumshee book I have read and I'm looking forward to reading many more.
