A very American perspective on how democracy might develop through digital technology.

Consisting of some 40-odd essays from a basic who's-who of American thinkers in the field of Internet and democracy, the general consensus is that it will. Apart from that, the authors have very differing perspectives.

A lot of good ideas here, a few pie-in-the-sky essays or items that I found tiresome. Some of the essays are quite good with some really interesting ideas on how to "reboot" our democracy and election system.
