I can't imagine that this book got much attention back when it was published in the '40s because the guy that wrote it was named Ramirez. I mean, maybe Latin-types were revered the same then as marketing-types would have you believe they are now.

Ha, where was this book when I was fifteen? I could've really used this gem of advice:

"Bathe frequently, every day if possible. Although you may not notice the difference, she will."

You'll never know what you'll find at the thrift store. . . .

An interesting book that has some good advice but also has its equal portion of non-pertinent advice for today's modern world. However, the insight into at least one man's view of societal appropriate actions for relationships is interesting.

Alright, I picked this up as a joke, and it's pretty amusing. An easy read...I can only say it's worth the time to read because it takes so little time to read. Good for a laugh, though.
