my destined-to-work-in-the-White-House uncle (which he does, now) gave this to us back in his college days back in the era I love to hate: the 90s, in the place I love to love: Jersey. My fave is the chicken makhani, and i, of course, improvise by making chicken tikka tenders and adding them to the makhani gravy. in a word, divine. and now i'm hungry. i encourage all to try. bombay palace did good with this one.
