my favorite poet, his prose and poetry is inspirational and amazing, i love having this collection of all his works, when i wrote a paper in college it was great to have the works to see read and address the works. the look at the ideals, culture of Australia at the turn of the century and beyond is amazing. I see my best friend reading each of these stories in his voice, and being lost entirely in the story

Every Australian child must be taught the works of our great poets and writers as part of their
school education. I gained a love of Banjo from my year 6 teacher, back in 1974.
