La muerte de la república a manos de la medianía. Triste. Tristísimo y desolador

Estamos ante el penúltimo libro de la serie de los Episodios y posiblemente sea uno de los que, con su lectura, te da vergüenza de ser español.
Cuenta lo que fué la 1ª República y el desmadre que provocó. Empieza por el levantamiento del cantón de Cartagena y sus andanzas, que mas que a rigor historico se parece a la guerra de Gila, una ciudad que se dedica a declarar la guerra a vecinos y a ejercer la piratería sobre otras ciudades limítrofes, si no fuera un drama habría que tomarlo a risa.
