"don't forget you are an Agnelli" : ed ecco che il proprio nome è già un trauma...

Gli Agnelli. I principi dell'industria italiana.

This was one of the most straight-forward, unemotional accounts of someone's life I've ever read. Susanna "Suni" Agnelli is the granddaughter of the Italian automaker, Fiat, and this book is her recollection of her childhood through to her marriage to her husband at 20-something at the end of WWII. Fascinating book. I am amazed. I expected to read the story of a privileged girl and her amazing life experiences but it was much more than that. What she experienced during WW2 was really intense and courageous. I loved this book and I totally didn't expect that.

This book gives a view of the Second World War different from all the others I have read. Instead of persecuted Jews, it is about rich italian people.

It is interesting, ma non e un gran chè.
