They are trying to find the evil smell switcher. He is switching the smells of everything: garbage to flowers, flowers to fish, and orange juice to peanut butter. Eventually he discovers that it’s his best friend just playing with him.

You could use this book to make predictions.

I really enjoyed this book and I think most young boys and girls will enjoy it too. This book is a myserty book and who does't love a good mystery? I thought the illustrations in the book were awesome too.

This is a picture book by Mercer Mayer. Some picture books by Mercer Mayer are great! But this one isn't. I found it to be so-so, and I felt the ending was unsatisfactory. Very imaginative pictures, but not much of a story.
