I thought that the writing was a bit dry, and that the book could've been better organized. That said, I think it contains some very useful information about the dairy industry and the nutritional content of the milk & milk products in stores today. It's one of the things that's convinced me that it's not enough to just go organic, that if you want to make sure that the food you eat is healthy you also have to buy local, not just because the nutritional content of those foods is likely to be...more
