Most of the reviews on Amazon.com touted that this book better served new managers rather than managers who had been in the trenches for some time. So, being a new manager myself, I decided to purchase it. However, I was quickly disappointed as I began reading it and tried to find some insight or tips that were useful. This book doesn't have much meat to it and most of it is common sense. I highly recommend not buying it.
