Another perfect book in the Wings series. Although it doesn't have as much intrigue as the rest, this one touches base on the characters feelings a lot more. The events leading up to the climax and ending are perfectly wound together, the way it should be. At first, it felt like I was missing something, a long stretch between the last book and this one, but as you read the story, the 'stretch' is brought back and explained, and timed perfectly as well. Continuing the saga of Vlad (Dracula) and Stormy and Vlad's dead wife's soul. There is a lot of racing around and capturing only to loose them action, but the story was a little slower than I like. The flashbacks helped to fill in Vlad and Elisabeta's backstory and what happened with Stormy after she was abducted, but the long length of the flashbacks was enough that present reality was lost.

The only complaint I have about this book is that there is 16 years between Blue Twilight and the continuation (this book), Stormy, is a little too old for the young and innocent writing that Ms. Shayne gives to her.

Very good read, didn't know it was a romance novel, I'm not really into those but I love vampires. So this book is recommendable. *Note to self..If the guy on the cover is hawt then it might be a romance novel*
