This book details an 8 week free weight lifting program to be combined with walking, and yoga/Pilates. There are lots of good color photos of the various weight lifting exercises. She changes it up every two weeks to keep your muscles guessing. There are also a couple of chapters about diet, nutrition, skin care, beauty treatments, and types of clothes to wear for different body types, which I didn't find to be as useful.
