This is a wonderful children's fiction based on the legacy of Dian Fossey and the preservation of the Mountain Gorilla. The story follows thirteen year old Shelly and her father, Andrew, who is the new Director of the Mountain Gorilla Veterinary Project based in Rwanda, in central east Africa.
