This is a self help book on Jin Shin Jyutsu.
Very easy to follow and understand. Since I was following and practicing the steps given it took longer to get through it. There is still much to remember so will probably be referring to it often.

I've been dealing with extreme and chronic fatigue for over 3 months. A friend of mine who recovered from chronic fatigue years ago said this method was the most helpful to her healing. So I'm giving it a try :)
I study JinJinJytsu and come back to this book on a regular basis so it travels from my reading to read lists.
Best book to introduce Jin Shin Jyutsu, a book shelf reference for life
